DescriptionI'm a semi-professional lyricist who is looking for a composer/multi-instrumentalist to work with. I won a first place award, "Best Original Song for a Short Film" (along with the composer)in July 2020 at the LA Film Festival and 3rd place in the Las Vegas Film festival the following month. I also have several songs that have played on radio both nationally and internationally. I've been writing lyrics for over 20 years and have mainly worked with composers from England, Denmark, and The Netherlands. I do admit that I prefer working with someone who writes alternative, shoegaze, rock, singer/sonwriter, indie and some pop but I'm willing to consider other genres. My favorite groups are The Cure, Depeche Mode, Coldplay, Train, and of course Bowie, as well as Sleeps Under Beams, the artist that I have most recently (currently) written for. I currently have 50+ songs in my portfolio. Though I usually work lyrics first, I can also write lyrics for songs where the music is written first. I'm looking for someone who is serious and dedicated, who wants their music to go places. Thanks for reading!

Dreams & AmbitionsMy main goal has always been to express myself and have my words be heard. All of my lyrics are heartfelt and tell a story, whether that story be about a moment or a lifetime. I currently work with a partner and we've had our songs heard worldwide, and I intend to continue that relationship, however I've written so many sets of lyrics (I'm always writing) that it's hard for one person to keep up with. I'd rather those lyrics be given life that sit stagnant and gather dust.
